Reformer Studio - Pilates
Instructor: Abby Johnson
A supportive, feel-good class designed for all bodies and experience levels. Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or returning to the basics, this class moves at a thoughtful pace with an emphasis on proper form, core control, and mindful movement. Expect a welcoming environment where you can build strength, stability, and confidence while feeling good in your body.

Mat Studio - Vinyasa Yoga Power Flow
Instructor: Kelli McVay
An energizing, breath led flow designed to build strength, stamina, and flexibility. This dynamic class links creative sequences with powerful holds and mindful transitions to create heat and focus. Expect to be challenged, supported, and leave feeling strong, clear and grounded. All levels welcome. Modifications and amplifications are always offered to meet your needs.

Mat Studio - Restorative Yoga
Instructor: Nicole Parsons
An all-levels restorative class for anyone craving a deep, slow breath for both body and mind. Settle into longer, supported holds with intentional breathwork and steady stretching to gently release tension and calm the nervous system. Warm, grounding, and welcoming — come as you are and leave feeling supported, softened, and restored.

M at Studio - Pilates (Intermediate/Advanced)
Instructor: Tori Boysel
Our mat Pilates classes are designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance posture—all while moving with intention and control. Using just your body, a mat and minimal equipment, you’ll work through a series of low-impact, core-focused exercises that lengthen and tone muscles, boost stability, and support overall body alignment. This fast paced class will get your body moving and leave you sore the next day with your body craving for you to come back.

Mat Studio - Barre
Instructor: Kelli McVay
A low impact, muscle sculpting workout that blends elements of ballet, pilates, and strength training. Through small, controlled movements and high repetitions, you’ll target glutes, thighs, core, and arms for a full body burn. Expect upbeat energy, precise alignment and that signature shake. No dance experience required - just come ready to move and feel strong.

Mat Studio - Mommy & Me Yoga (Ages 2-5)

Join us for a fun and meaningful Mommy & Me moment designed to nurture connection, movement, and joy. Meet on the mat together as you and your child explore the magic of yoga side by side.
We’ll learn simple breath work to help calm busy minds, practice setting a positive intention, and move through some of our favorite playful yoga poses together. This class is all about bonding, laughter, and creating special memories while building strength, balance, and mindfulness. Mom pays for class and your baby is free (you will share a mat for class)

Mat Studio - Morning Ease Yoga Flow

Start your morning with ease + intention. This class blends gentle movement, breathwork, and longer holds to help you wake up your body, without the rush. Perfect for all levels - time to reset, connect, and create space before the day begins.
