Meet the Team

Owner & Pilates Instructor
Abby Johnson
Abby grew up in Granville, Ohio and graduated from Granville High School in 2020. After high school graduation she moved to South Carolina to attend the University of South Carolina. Abby was first introduced to pilates in July 2021 when she was looking for a mental heath outlet after being stuck inside during COVID at school. Abby fell in love with how pilates helped her body and mind feel. After taking multiple classes a day and realizing she could help people feel as good as she felt while doing pilates, she quickly knew she wanted to become an instructor. She completed her 500-hour certification through Club Pilates in April 2022. Since then, she has been teaching almost every day while also getting her degree. She has taught at multiple studios in South Carolina and Ohio offering private sessions, small & large group classes and events. She has taught over 2,000 classes since getting her certification in 2022. In addition to her 500-hour comprehensive certification Abby is TRX and CPR certified. Abby graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2024 with a degree in Sport and Entertainment Management. Abby moved home to Ohio following graduation to be able to spend more time with her family and work at the family business in addition to teaching pilates. Abby works full time at her family’s business, Apple Tree Auction Center, as a 3rd generation licensed auctioneer. Abby loves getting to help people feel good in their body and achieve their goals whether that is mentally or physically. Whether you have never done pilates before or you are a pilates pro, she can’t wait to meet you on your mat or reformer for class!

Kelli grew up in Newark, Ohio and graduated from Newark High School before heading to Boston to pursue her passion for dance. While in Boston, she taught ballet and trained extensively, eventually becoming the Principal Ballet Instructor at the North Andover School of Dance. Kelli returned home to Ohio, where she’s spent the last 15 years teaching locally and has been a ballet Instructor at Patty’s Dance Center. Her students have gone on to receive national recognition and awards under her mentorship.
