Semi-Private Sessions
Our semi-private sessions blend the personalization of one-on-one training with the energy of a small group. With just two to three clients per class, you’ll receive tailored instruction, close attention, and a supportive atmosphere—perfect for deepening your practice with a friend or partner.
Group Mat Yoga
Our yoga classes blend mindful movement and breathwork to build strength, enhance flexibility, and promote balance—both physically and mentally. Led by a certified instructor, each session offers a grounding, full-body practice suited for all levels. With small class sizes of just 5 people, you'll receive personalized guidance and support in a welcoming group environment.
Group Reformer Pilates
Our reformer Pilates classes combine resistance and control to build core strength, improve posture, and increase flexibility. Guided by a certified instructor, each session offers a dynamic, full-body workout. Our small class sizes of 5 people help provide one on one attention while still in a group setting.
